Initial Consultation $110

  • 1 1/2 - 2 hrs. 

  • behavioural assessment and questionnaire

  • we discuss our training methods, how dogs learn, body language, and myth busting

  • management information for immediate relief of problem behaviours or house training (if required)

  • follow-up email with notes on topics discussed

  • we then construct a detailed step-by-step plan for training

  • an Initial Consultation is required before the first training session

Puppy Training Rates (under 5 months)

Private Training: 

  • In-home or Virtual, one-on-one coaching

Package of 6 sessions $90/session

  • 1 hr. session/week

  • 8+ basic obedience behaviours and house training to set your pup up for success!

  • ie., sit, down, stand, leave it, recall, stay, wait, drop it, loose leash walking, anti-jump, wait...

  • Includes emailed homework instructions and unlimited email support.

 

Day Training:

  • We train your pup in your home & neighbourhood for you while you are at work or busy doing other activities

Everything Puppy Package!  $90/session

  • 4 weeks

  • Package of 21 sessions 

  • 4 - 1hr. training visits in your home per week (16 sessions)

    • sit, down, stand, leave it, recall, on your mat, wait, drop it, loose leash walking, anti-jump, wait, handling for grooming/vet visits...​​

  • 1 hr. transfer session with owner per week (4 sessions)

  • 1 hr. follow-up session 1-3 weeks after last transfer session

Adolescent and Adult Dog Rates

Private Training: 

  • In-home or virtual, one-on-one coaching

1-3 Sessions = $95/session

  • Includes emailed homework instructions

Package of 4+ Sessions = $90/session

  • 1 hr. session/week

  • Includes emailed homework instructions and unlimited email support.

Day Training:

  • We train your dog in your home & neighbourhood for you while you are at work or busy doing other activities

Loose Leash Walking Package $80/session (limited time promotion) prepaid

  • 2 or 3 weeks, dependent on goals (9 or 13 sessions)

  • Includes walking without pulling, wait, and leave it

  • 3 - 1hr. training visits per week

  • 1 hr. transfer session with owner per week

  • 1 hr. follow up session 1-3 weeks after last transfer session

Front Door Manners Package  $80/session (limited time promotion) prepaid

  • 3 weeks (or more, dependent on factors)

  • 13 sessions (or more)

  • Includes anti-jump, on your mat, stay for visitors coming into home

  • 3 - 1hr. training visits per week

  • 1 hr. transfer session with owner per week

  • 1 hr. follow up session 1-3 weeks after last transfer session

Leash Reactivity Package $80/session (limited time promotion) prepaid

  • 3 weeks (or more, dependent on factors)

  • 13+ sessions

  • Includes learning an alternative behaviour and incorporating neighbourhood walks for real-life practice

  • 3 - 1hr. training visits per week

  • 1 hr. transfer session with owner per week

  • 1 hr. follow up session 1-3 weeks after last transfer session

**If the terms of an adoption from a Shelter or Humane Society are conditional upon scheduling training, PWDT requires a minimum purchase of an Initial Consultation and 3 training sessions.

** Due to many variables involved in dog training, and the ethical policies we adhere to, we cannot guarantee results. The behaviour modification may or may not be completed in the time frame of the package that you have purchased. If the training is completed before the end of the package we will work on training other skills to fill the package time. If the training is not completed in the time frame of the purchased package we will be happy to extend the package rate towards more sessions.
